JSI Racing Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Drop-Shipped Items: Some items ship directly from the manufacturer/supplier. Processing times may vary slightly based on their specific handling time.

  • Specialty/Custom Items: Products that are made-to-order or custom-made require additional production time before they are ready to ship.

2. Made-to-Order / Custom Product Lead Times

  • Lead Time Start: Production lead times begin after payment is confirmed.

  • Made-to-Order: Items may take 1–4 weeks to ship.

  • Custom-Made: Products may take longer than 4 weeks, depending on the build and parts availability.

  • Cancellations: Made-to-order and custom items cannot be canceled once production has started.

  • International Components: For certain brands (example: SPR Germany), custom items may require hand-made parts and/or imported components from Germany, which can extend lead times.

  • Updates: If an estimated lead time is listed on the product page, that estimate will apply. If lead times change after you order, we will contact you with an update.

3. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to the United States.

  • If you are outside the U.S. and want to place an order, please contact us at sales@jsi-racing.com and we will review what options are available.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Item size/weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Supplier shipping requirements (for drop-shipped items)

5. Estimated Delivery Times (After Shipment)

Delivery time depends on the product and where it ships from. Typical delivery estimates are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment.

  • Some specialty/performance items may take longer due to supplier handling time, production timelines, or international transit for imported components.

Note: Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, supplier backorders, or production timelines.

6. Split Shipments

  • If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately (especially if they come from different suppliers or include made-to-order/custom items).

  • You may receive multiple tracking numbers.

7. Tracking Information

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking (when available).

  • Some suppliers may take 24–48 hours for tracking to update after the label is created.

8. Shipping Restrictions

  • Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to size, hazmat rules, or supplier limitations.

  • If we cannot ship an item to your address, we will contact you as soon as possible.

9. Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.

10. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the packaging and the damaged item(s)

  • Lost/Stolen Packages: If a package shows “delivered” but you did not receive it, reach out and we will help you file a claim with the carrier when applicable.

11. Returns Related to Shipping

  • Returns are handled according to our separate Return Policy.
