Installation Notes

• A 1/2" to 1" shorter serpentine belt is required due to the included smaller pulley
• Big 3 Wiring Upgrade is required when installing any high-output alternator — use 1/0 gauge 100% copper wiring for the battery positive, chassis ground, and engine ground
• Optional voltage regulators available if you require a specific voltage setpoint — sold separately

Your factory wiring was designed for a stock alternator — upgrading to 1/0 gauge copper wiring on the three main power and ground cables ensures your new alternator can deliver its full rated output safely and efficiently.
