RaceFlux 45-Degree AN Male Flare Union Fitting

RaceFlux 45-Degree AN Male Flare Union Fitting

The RaceFlux 45-degree AN male flare union joins two female AN hose ends or fittings with a smooth 45-degree direction change — the clean way to link lines around corners without forcing hose into a bend it doesn't want to make. The connection seals metal-to-metal on the 37-degree flares, so there are no O-rings to age, swell, or blow out.

That solid one-piece construction is why this union carries a 3,000 psi rating — triple what sealed swivel fittings handle — machined from 6061-T6 aluminum with a Type II black anodized finish.

    Key Features

    • 45-degree union, male AN / JIC 37-degree flare on both ends

    • AN threads and 37° flares per SAE AS4395; anodizing per ISO 7599
    • Fully reusable
