RaceFlux 90-Degree Male NPT to AN Male Flare Adapter Fitting

RaceFlux 90-Degree Male NPT to AN Male Flare Adapter Fitting

When an NPT port faces the wrong way, this 90-degree RaceFlux adapter turns the corner for you: tapered male NPT threads on one side, a male AN/JIC 37-degree flare on the other. It converts pipe-thread ports on blocks, pumps, and accessories to AN plumbing while routing the line tight against the component instead of sticking straight out into a fan shroud or frame rail.

Machined from lightweight aluminum with a Type II black anodized finish, it offers a cleaner, stealthier look than traditional red and blue hardware and is fully reusable.

    Key Features

    • 90-degree male NPT to male AN/JIC 37-degree flare adapter
    • Converts pipe-thread ports to AN plumbing while redirecting the line 90 degrees
    • Industry-standard 37-degree flare sealing surface on the AN side
    • Reusable lightweight construction
    • Type II black anodized finish resists corrosion and fuel staining

    Specifications

Material Aluminum, Type II black anodized
    Fitting Angle 90°
Connections Male NPT to male AN flare (37° JIC)
Max Operating Pressure 1,000 psi (68.9 bar)
    Operating Temperature -40°F to 302°F (-40°C to 150°C)
Swivel None — fixed 90° elbow

    Fitment & Compatibility

    • Universal fit for any male-NPT application: engine blocks, oil pumps, sensor ports, fuel pumps, and accessories
    • Compatible with engine oil, gear oil, transmission fluid, coolant, gasoline, E85 and ethanol blends, methanol, racing fuels, air, and vacuum
    • Suited for fuel lines (in-tank and external), breather and vent lines, gauge and sensor lines, and other oil, water, and air systems

Note: Because NPT threads seal on the taper, the final clocking of a fixed elbow depends on torque. If you need to aim the outlet after tightening, see the swivel version of this fitting. Backed by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty.
