The modern alternative to stainless braid, in ready-cut lengths: RaceFlux's RH1 lightweight racing hose is 33% lighter than stainless braided hose, far easier on the hands during assembly, and NHRA approved. The 4-layer construction pairs a smooth-bore Viton (FKM) inner liner with an embedded stainless reinforcement layer and abrasion-resistant nylon outer braid — SAE J30 R9 rated, so it won't deteriorate, harden, or permeate fuel vapor even with ethanol blends.
