RaceFlux Straight -6AN Hose End to 1/8" NPT

RaceFlux Straight -6AN Hose End to 1/8" NPT

Purpose-sized for gauge and turbo plumbing: this hose end puts -6AN braided hose directly onto a 1/8" NPT port — the most common sensor and oil-feed thread on the engine — with no adapter fitting in between. One piece from hose to port means fewer leak points and a cleaner install.

Like all RaceFlux D-series hose ends, it swivels for easy installation, uses a left-hand threaded socket that keeps the hose from backing out during assembly, and is machined from a single piece of 6061-T6 aluminum with zero welds or brazes.

    Key Features

    • -6AN hose end with integrated 1/8" male NPT output
    • Direct connection for the most common gauge, sensor, and turbo oil feed ports
    • Swivel design for easy installation and re-clocking
    • Left-hand threaded socket retains the hose while tightening
    • One-piece machined 6061-T6 aluminum — no welds or brazes
    • MilSpec Type II black anodized; FKM (Viton) seals; reusable
    • Lifetime manufacturer's warranty

    Specifications

Material 6061-T6 aluminum, MilSpec Type II black anodized
    Fitting Angle Straight
Connection -6AN hose end to 1/8" male NPT tapered pipe thread
    Max Operating Temperature 302°F (150°C)

    Fitment & Compatibility

    • For use with -6AN standard braided rubber hose, including RaceFlux RH1 and RH2 lightweight braided racing hose
    • Compatible with gasoline, E85 and ethanol blends, diesel and biodiesel, methanol, racing fuels, engine oil, gear oil, transmission fluid, coolant, water, air, and vacuum
    • Common uses: oil pressure gauge feeds, turbo oil supply lines, sensor port plumbing

Note: NPT threads seal on the taper — apply thread sealant and avoid overtightening into aluminum housings. Not compatible with PTFE (Teflon) hose.
